MISSION STATEMENT

To provide on a Local, County, and National level unparalleled services, knowledge and education to help people and their dogs with basic obedience, manners and behavioral issues, improving their overall relationship and bond. To provide rewarding and enjoyable experience for pets and people alike, and to educate the public about modern dog training methods which employ positive association and reinforcement- not the use of force or fear.

VISION STATEMENT

We will provide people and their dogs happier and healthier lives by providing the highest quality of behavior and training support possible nationwide.

VALUES STATEMENT

As a company and individuals we value honesty, integrity, openness, personal excellence, personal growth and humane treatment of all animals and people, developing and operating a friendly business. We consider our staff as family to keep a high moral to be able to better help our Clients as well as our Communities..

Mutual respect
We believe that respect for the human from the dog as well as respect for the dog from the human is necessary for the growth of human-dog bond. Just as humans have boundaries and expectations, so do our canine friends. We believe in the golden rule, treating others as you wish to be treated.

Accountability
To be successful we believe that we must be accountable. We are responsible for our dogs behavior as they are a mirror of our investment into their training. If our dog behaves undesirably we see that as an opportunity for improvement.  We acknowledge that we cannot place blame on ourselves or our dogs because blame has no place in a healthy relationship. We seek to build up our dog’s confidence by recognizing our own training challenges and addressing them so that we can have the most fulfilling life with our dogs.

Note from Founder.

“I believe the epidemic we are seeing regarding dogs in Shelters, Rescues, comes down to one simple problem. The foundation for how we educate & empower the public is minimal, leading to a lack of knowledge & understanding. Most problematic behaviors  are caused in the home from dog owners who are unaware what to do. I believe that by providing an interactive dog training experience where clients feel comfortable to learn & take part in the training will result in a lifetime of happiness for the owner/s and dog/s; reducing the amount of dogs in the Shelters & Rescues at the same time.”- Tony Laycock
